IS Enrolment...
was a bummer.
they didn't offer Introduction to Financial Planning! and neither did they offer Spreadsheet Applications. Bloody hell! >.<
so mel and i ended up choosing POM (along with pixie) for the first term and Green Vision for the second.
yeah. WHAT THE HELL?! GREEN VISION, ARE YOU KIDDING????
hahhaha.. Grreeeennn Vissiiooonn YOSH! We're on the road to becoming the world's greatest environmentalists.
(confession: ok lah. we chose it because it seemed slack-ish. HAHAHHAHAHHA)
and hello to ANNABEL for GVision, our saviour for this module! WAHHAHAHAH! Horticulture and Landscape Management students rule! :D

We're nothing more than fools and whores with sad highs.
Time is like my greatest enemy. I hate time.
Sometimes I would just lie back and think about when I was younger.
I missed the times we spent as a family, the weekly sunday outings, the dinners, the birthday cakes. The happy times seemed so distant, so grey.
They're all replaced by work, school, and all the other side projects of our lives.
Dinnertime seems so meaningless now.
I hate time. It's passing right by under our feet. Discreetly.
My life is in clutters. Days of staying at home, going for strings, staying at home, going for strings have become routine. What's more, we're playing the same pieces over and over again, and I've been reminded constantly of how my playing sucks.
I hate routine.
I feel so lost, and yet I force myself to go through this routine, to spend more time with my family and to possibly make up for the time I will never get to spend with them when school reopens. And guess what, I'm still hoping I will not be made to quit strings simply because of my screwed up schedule. It sucks because the thought of it has gotten me pretty high-strung of late.
The great big plan for my life is officially screwed. I can't believe I've actually thought of making to the big U through this hellish route I've chosen to take.
I'll just have to make do with whatever life deals me.
Plan B: Survive MCM, get a decent paying job, survive midlife crisis, retire and spend the rest of my life on a little boat out on a little lake, waiting for the little fish to bite.
Wonderful.
I need a more happening life. Not the "I club alot, wear branded clothes, and then tell the whole world my straight cut jeans are skinnies." kind of happening, but the "I'm dating a gazillionaire who's young, good-looking, and who happens to be smittened with me for the rest of his life. I don't drink and I don't smoke but I still can have a great time laughing with friends who share the same interests as me." kind of happening.
Am pissed with the new timetable. Whoever chucked me into my future class must hate me alot. Yeah, watch me writhe in agony, or try. Because next sem is the time I get to smile at the face of the devil. (sidenote: ooooh. enigmatic, eh?)
I'm not making any sense already. Lack of sleep speaks for itself. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.

Virtuoso XIV
is in 3 months.
3 months left for me to drop from a size 12 to a size 8/10. i don't want to look bad in a dress.
yeah. the world's coming to an end. VALERIE IS GOING TO WEAR A DRESS?! (quotes Brian, "My EYES!")
because if i'm still fat by then, i SWEAR i'll turn up in guy clothes like i've always did.
went for a jog in the evening. did 1.something km, threw up-ed, crawled home and shat.
note to self: mutton chop does not go with durian chendol.
and wait at least 2 hours before the run. bah.
my stamina sucks now. am going to train till i can get my sec 4 napfa timing back.
11.24mins, yo! i've got to either maintain that timing or run faster. maybe i should just learn how to roll :D
where is TAF club when u need it? LOL.
congrats to christine for becoming the 总统! :D

mmphbbbth. RESULTS!
i did okay-ish. my results were better than last sem. yay for the improvement and boo to the lack of As (or ADs, for that matter). Then again, beggars can't be choosers. At least i PASSED.
Shall extend my special thanks to those i've worked with for the final assignments.
Sheereen, for making sure our proposal was Purrrrfect. :D
Jiahao (Ba-ba), for salvaging our radio capsule at the very last minute. And of course, for tolerating my shit-worthy behaviour. :D
and not to forget, Chiouhuey, for that wacky dance suggestion and for facing the wrath of the Persian army (yeah, we were like Spartans without the steel buns) together. :D
Woke up at ten-ish today. took out my violin and got frustrated with the way i played. So i met up with Chintow (who's still studying for her block test at GECL right now. HAHA.) and dragged her all the way to Katong to buy some rosin and an extra set of strings. spent $40. OMGWTFBBQ (copyrighted Sahira).
summary of half a day spent. am going back to my daily(...not) finger(s)-torturing session.
BAH.

Presenting: Antonio Vivaldi's Four Three Seasons
Three-quarts of the IT Fair team.
went for yangyang's class today. finally saw huiyun, zengqi and jiaxue after, what, EONS. it's been so long since we had a combined practice.
Vivaldi's seasons are driving me nuts. Especially when the super hiong parts needed some vigorous bowing. i'm so gonna wear long sleeves for future practices. You could imagine the look of horror i had on my face while staring at my oh-so-fat arms. Vivaldi made them dance around. It was so horrible i wanted to cut them off. HAHA.
Yeah, and since we're only playing 3 out of 4 parts of this great masterpiece, it'd realy suck if i put "four" instead of "three" for the title of this post.
i don't lie! WAHAHHAHAAHAHAHAH :D
Gosh, i missed NPS.

Finito.
END OF IT FAIR 2007.
YES!!!! :D :D :D
'twas a fun and exhilarating experience. the 3 HOTHOTHOT German guys, CEO-ish guy, and the Brazillian woman just made everything better.
"Amigo". she gave my shoulder a pat and a huge smile.. i swear i could have melted lah!
oh, and i'm sooo gonna marry a German (or French) man. they're DA SEX.
kudos to the team for making it a huge success, and to the sexy people who spiced it all up.
alrighty, am really tired. gnite. :)

Teh Adventure At Teh IT Fair Continues...
CEO guy came back. :D
i managed to kajiao him until he bought a PINK nano. For himself.
"Buy PINK lah. Happening leh!"
*evil cackles*
i've been trying to psycho all my male customers to get a pink iPod ever since.
Sales improved. Mel and I are (hopefully) taking the world of iPod by storm. *coughs*:D
tomorrow will be teh last day of the IT fair. Marks the end of repeating the word "iPod" a kazillion times, promoting the iPod like how vacuum cleaner salemen talk to middle-aged women and *OMGYES!* of course, the end of the constant diao-ing from some *coughidioticcough* person.
and yes, we've been out of touch with the world for three days.
bah!
at least we've got free (and great) food & company, and are getting paid.

IT Fair 2007
just a quick post before i dash out of the house to meet mel..
the first day sucked, because i was a lousy salesperson. enough said.
am hoping the followings days will get better, before i start hurling iPods at the people who waste my time.
the only perks were the handful of lookers. *grins*
i sooo love that young, rich-looking and CEO-ish guy. BWAHAHA. *prays hard that he comes back today!*
ok. 3 more days to go. bah. :(

Basketball, anyone?
Blading today with cailing! :D
yes, i cut my hair. look like si ginnah. heh.. that's what happens when u go to the neighbourhood salon in your PE tee. my head feels so light now. that woman must have chopped off an entire chunk of hair. wahhaa.
it was hella tiring. 3 quarts of ecp covered today! waha! achievement of a lifetime (i think).
lol. anyway, who's up for some basketball? :D am itching to shoot a few hoops *mimicks ball shooting motion*.
especially after the arcade game yesterday. nothing beats a solo score of 96 despite getting hit on the face with a ball.
the machine hates me :(
but who cares? i'm so proud of myself! 96, and bulldozed by the ball! *laughs hysterically*
YES! I GOT HIT BY A BALLLLLLLLLLLLL! ON THE FACE!!!! :D
wahhaahhaha. i'm high today thanks to Ira the Inspired. :D :D :D
and thanks to leelin and her family for letting us trash their house yesterday (i know it's pretty no-link here. i should go take a bus. ^^) especially her mom for the yummy pasta :D with japanese cucumber! :D :D
paiseh. there's something wrong with me today. super high.
:D
Because to me, you are perfect.
No matter how many times they've made you out to be a total jackass.
And no matter how long it takes. This time, I'm gonna try harder.
It's already been five years, what's another few?
I've grown immune to the snubbing, anyway.
Because to me, you are perfect.
