woke up real early today (yes, 11 o'clock is early for me now) and went all the way to NP for strings meeting. gah. it was till today i found out i live...pretty far away from school. bwahaha. :D

yeap bought tickets to GhostRider for me and dory while the rest went on to watch miss potter.

okay, back to dory. wahaha, believe it or not, she actually went along with my crazy antics. we went "YEOW!" to almost everything and pranced around like happy larks. :D

the bus came in the end, though.

went to Jurong Green CC (am i right?) and hid in the toilet. jumped on(or rather, attempted to jump on) the birthday girl (ivy) and the rest of the Jurong Bird Park Clan plus ah chek brian. freezed tagged, truth or dared, and came home.
it was hellavu fun time, despite the fact that we went all the way to JURONG.

well, i don't know if i'm going to blog for the next few days, so happy new year to all of you guys!

Today (or rather, yesterday) made a real mark in my life. It called for an attitude adjustment and changed my perspective on certain matters. MCM's a real bitch, whoever's in it will turn into one too in a matter of time. I've become real bitchy, sarcastic, rude, uncouth, you name it. Can't really blame the course, though. it has something more to do with myself. shall make it a point to be nicer, and nicer, and nicer.

Concerto D'amore

Went for my first MoulmeinWS practice with christine today. haven't played the saxophone for eons. lost my own set of reeds (DANG! THAT'S 20 BUCKS GONE) and had to use theirs.
for the first time in my life, i played the saxophone with a size 4 reed.
a size 4 NEW reed. the thickest i've ever gotten was 3 1/2 lah. my cheeks hurt so bad its worse than playing a tuba.
didn't have a neck strap, so my right thumb had to support the sax's weight for 2 hours straight.
and the reed made a long cut on my tongue.
but injuries aside, i had a helluva time playing Concerto D'amore, something i haven't played for years. don't ask me about the other pieces though, i suck at sightreading now.

now that i have the uber long cut on my tongue, i have no idea how to give the stupid accessed speech tmr. i'll probably mumble my way through and fail myself so i'll get to take speech comm all over again. WAHAHAHA..

... rocked our pants off. i can't believe i laughed so hard throughout the entire show. (well it was the only thing that gave me a reason to laugh- the day sucked cos it rained too much)

i can't believe i've been at this stupid assignment for 2 days and am still stuck at the second effing paragraph. this is so great. leave it to the procrastinator. this is probably why i've failed, time and again, to hand in a single compo assignment during sec 4 (boy, i pissed my EL teacher off big time- apart from the fact that i've called her 'poof', accidentally). i wasn't satisfied. i never was.
and i'm definitely not satisfied with any of my paragraphs now. i hate research papers, i hate informative essays.
and guess what?
I HATE GLOBAL WARMING.
and i'm going to hate mp3 players tomorrow, thanks to this stupid assignment.

Love Actually, all over again.

boy, i loved 'Love Actually'. it's the 'must have' for a lonely christmas night (or not so lonely, i wouldn't care), the king of all romantic comedies, the ONE movie i've watched thrice in a cinema and what, eleven times on vcd?
just caught some of the deleted scenes on youtube, man they were so good it would have been one heck of a movie if it was included (apart from the fact that it'll make this 3 hours long).
God bless Richard Curtis. He's the man.
I want that Love Actually DVD with all of the deleted scenes and the documentary.
am so gonna watch it again and again, every christmas, every new year, every time when i get bored of those oh-so-cheesy taiwanese dramas.

this tree is so huge! it smells really nice when u walk pass it in the shop, and the leaves actually drop like real trees do! (not like the stupid plastic ones i've seen for the rest of my life).
