I don't get this. He calls it plagiarism when we do not cite sources for totally "duh!" stuffs, and then if we cite too much?

i hate In-text citations. they are the ones that drive me crazy, not the essay.
i can't stand this anymore. i'm going to sleep even if the effing deadline's seventeen hours away from now.
